Shipping policy
We ship all items via USPS and offer tracking numbers. Should your package be lost in the mail, email us and we'll do our best to help. However, should your tracking say the item has been delivered, but is in fact not at your doorstep, please allow 72 hours for it to actually be delivered. This is an issue with USPS drivers. Sometimes packages get marked as delivered but are still sitting in their trucks. Ninety-nine percent of the time, the package is not lost, but on the delivery truck still. It's unfortunate, but most of the time it is made right within a few days.
As a company, we are not allowed to make first class 'lost' claims with USPS until 90 days after supposed delivery.
We encourage you to do 4 things:
1. Contact us via email and let us know the situation. If there's anything we can do, we will.
2. Contact your local post office with the tracking number, letting them know the situation.
3. Wait 72 hours.
4. Ask your neighbors if they have perhaps received it by mistake.
